We can store your bike up to one week before a service or repair, and up to two weeks once completed. After this time a storage fee will be charged.

Yes, we have gift vouchers in various denominations, they come supplied in a gift wallet and have no expiry date. They can be exchanged for goods or services.
Yes, we operate a 14 day no quibble returns policy, if you no longer require an item please return it unused in its original packaging in a saleable condition, along with your receipt and we will refund via the same method as original purchase. This excludes special order items, new bikes, nutrition products, and certain items of clothing.
No problem. We will ask you when it was purchased and may need to return the item to our supplier for inspection. Their decision whether to replace under warranty will be final. This process may take up to two weeks.
The deposit may be refunded at our discretion. This depends on things like, how long we have held the item in storage, if it was a special order, whether it’s a current model, or a clearance model and if we have made any modifications to it at your request.
Yes up to a maximum of £100, for purchases over this amount you can still pay by bank transfer as this is more secure than over the phone transactions.
Our priority is you. We will do everything we reasonably can to correct things and discuss what went wrong so that we can learn and improve.

Yes you can! Bring some photo ID such as a driving license or passport and we will allow a short road test of many of our new bikes providing the weather allows. You may need to give us a little time to safety check a bike first. We also ask that you complete our standard disclaimer before road testing any bikes, and recommend wearing a safety helmet which we can supply free of charge.
Currently not, but we are constantly looking at ways to offer our customers more, so please let us know if you think this would be something we should be doing.
Yes of course, we’re happy to fit parts supplied by you, our current labour charges are £37.50 per hour ( Discounted to £25 per hour for parts supplied by us).
Yes you can, many customers already do, however this would be at your own risk.
